STOXX Ltd., the operator of Deutsche Boerse Group’s index business, and a global provider of innovative and tradable index concepts, today announced component changes in the STOXX Europe 50 Index due to the fast-exit rule. All changes become effective with the open of markets on Aug. 8, 2016. Changes in the STOXX Europe 50 Index are being announced today due to the fast-exit rule. This rule states that components of the STOXX Europe 50 Index are monitored for any changes based on the monthly selection list ranking, i.e. on an ongoing monthly basis.
